About Me
As a true Northeast Portland native, I attended all neighborhood schools, like Irvington, Fernwood (now Beverly Cleary) and Grant High School. Growing up between the Irvington and Alberta Arts neighborhoods I picked up the “Keep Portland Weird” culture, which is now part of my DNA.
I believe I have an unparalleled knowledge of the city. This is, in large part, thanks to having grown up here. I have been a witness to the many changes that have occurred over the years which has given me a great understanding of the real estate market and the development of our city.
I love what I do! Whether I’m helping someone buy or sell real estate I enjoy the process from start to finish. I pride myself on communicating clearly and thoroughly throughout the experience. It is important to me that my clients feel secure and “in the know.”
My ability to analyze data enables me to create an accurate and strategic pricing structure for listings and it also gives me insight on the true value of a property that my clients are interested in purchasing. I act as a strong advocate for my clients and am skilled in the art of negotiation.
When I’m not assisting clients or working on my business you will probably find me eating at one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants or out learning more about Portland’s architectural styles.
If you are interested in discussing the market or an upcoming sale or purchase I would be happy to be a resource for you.
